Hot Summer Days

Man, It's hot, in the 100's and we're all trying to stay as cool as possible as the pastures and yard dries into nothing. Hard to believe we had such a wet spring and July. Have to get up at the crack of dawn to get any yard mowing done without dehydrating too much. Have the pears, apples and most of the figs put up into preserves, so that is good progress. Don't know how much longer the figs will make but not much longer as dry as it is.
